Ganesan A/L Sundaraj, a Malaysian citizen aged 48 was appointed to the Board of Petra Perdana Berhad (“Petra Perdana”) on 5th February 2010. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Malaysian Institute of Accounts, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Audit Committee Director (CACD) with the Malaysian Institute of Internal Auditors.

He has had vast experience in the corporate & restructuring field and was with an international audit firm, Ernst & Young from 1981 to 1990

He is currently also a Director of the following companies:
1. Analabs Resources Berhad
2. Pan Asia Pacific Bhd
3. Promto Berhad
4. CHG Industries Berhad
5. Bukit Katil Resources Berhad

He has also been appointed, on 5th February 2010, as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Director of Petra Perdana.
