KUALA LUMPUR, 17 JULY 2006 – Petra Perdana Berhad’s (“Petra
Perdana”) wholly-owned subsidiary, Petra Energy Berhad (“Petra
Energy”), has submitted an application to the Securities
Commission for the proposed listing of Petra Energy on the Main
Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Securities
Exchange”) (“Proposed Listing”). |

KUALA LUMPUR, 6 JULY 2006 – Integrated oil & gas service
provider, Petra Perdana Berhad (“Petra Perdana”), announced
today that it is proposing to seek the listing of its wholly
owned subsidiary, Petra Energy Sdn Bhd (formerly known as
Portfolio Hitech Sdn Bhd) (“Petra Energy”), on the Main Board of
Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (“Securities Exchange”) (“Proposed
Listing”). |

owned subsidiary, Petra Resources Sdn Bhd (“PRSB”), has been
awarded three contracts for the Provision of Electrical and
Instrumentation ("E&I") Maintenance Services by Sarawak Shell
Berhad/Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Limited ("Shell") and
Provision of Offshore Crane Operations and Maintenance Services
by Shell and Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd ("PCSB") for their
Sarawak and Sabah Operations. |
